Devil's Advocate : Rahul Gandhi not responsible for election debacle

Congress General Secretary Digvijaya Singh admits that Manmohan Singh's government is a lameduck one but refuses to blame party Vice President Rahul Gandhi for the election debacle.
Speaking to CNN-IBN's Karan Thapar on Devil's Advocate, he said, "You can't hold one person responsible for state election.
The selection process of the candidates is done by a transparent manner. There was no micro-management tried by Rahul Gandhi."
