NDTV: In an exclusive interview to NDTV, Congress General Secretary Digvijaya Singh says that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has done fairly well and that he does not see a change of PM till the 2014 elections. He, however, does say that the Congress needs young and fresh leadership and that Rahul Gandhi must play a proactive role in mainstream politics
